Perguntas frequentes
Do I need an account?
No. SeeGym has no user account and no server-side copy of your training history. Everything you record is stored on your iPhone.
What kinds of workouts can I track?
Build straight sets, supersets, circuits, AMRAP, For Time, EMOM and Tabata sessions. Exercises can be measured by reps and weight, time or distance, with kilos or pounds set per exercise.
Can SeeGym help me build a training program?
Yes. Group workouts into a program, choose a weekly rhythm or rest-day cadence, and schedule several weeks to your calendar in one step.
What does SeeGym’s AI Coach personalize?
Leia uses a ten-question profile to shape a program around your goal, experience, schedule, session length, equipment, priorities, limitations and preferred training style. SeeGym compiles and checks the training content with its built-in rules; on supported iPhones, an on-device model can personalize the program and session wording.
Does SeeGym include exercise demonstrations?
Yes. The library contains 1,394 animated exercises organized by muscle group. You can also add a custom exercise for a movement or machine that is not already listed.
Will I lose my history if I change iPhone?
No. Turn on the automatic iCloud backup: it goes to a private container in your own iCloud account, and SeeGym restores it on a new device.
What does the Apple Watch app do?
Log sets from your wrist, pause your workout and skip a rest. With permission, heart rate and calories are recorded to the Health app and shown in the session summary.
Which health data does SeeGym read?
Only with your permission, and read-only: height and weight (when you tap Sync), and heart-rate, SpO2, VO2 max and energy samples for the workout being viewed. They are used on the device and never sent to us.
Is SeeGym free?
Yes. SeeGym is free and funded by ads. There is no paid version, no subscription and no in-app purchase.
How do I delete my data?
Delete items in the app, or uninstall SeeGym to remove the local database. Your iCloud backup can be deleted from Profile > Backup.
