By downloading or using SeeGym (the “app”), these terms automatically apply to you — please read them carefully before using the app. SeeGym is published by See Apps Studio LLC (“we”; the publisher was previously named CodingByJerez).
Licence and intellectual property
You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way; to attempt to extract the source code of the app; or to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to See Apps Studio LLC.
Changes and charges
We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for. SeeGym is free and funded by advertising. It has no in-app purchase and no subscription.
Your data and your device
SeeGym stores the data you record locally on your device, as described in the SeeGym privacy policy. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone: doing so could make it vulnerable to malware, compromise its security features, and mean that SeeGym does not work properly or at all.
Third-party services
The app uses third-party services that declare their own terms and conditions: Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Apple iCloud and Google Drive for the optional backup, and Cloudflare for shared program links.
Connectivity and charges
Certain functions of the app (downloading a shared program, synchronising your own backup, loading ads) require an active internet connection. We cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you have no Wi-Fi access or data allowance. If you use the app outside a Wi-Fi area, the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply, and you may be charged for data — including roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Limitation of liability
We cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app — for instance, you need to make sure that your device stays charged. Although we endeavour to keep the app updated and correct at all times, some information relies on third parties, and we accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from relying wholly on the app’s functionality. SeeGym is a training log, not medical advice: consult a professional before starting a training program.
Updates and termination
At some point we may wish to update the app. Its requirements on iOS and watchOS may change, and you will need to download updates to keep using it. We do not promise that the app will always be updated so that it remains relevant to you or works with the system version installed on your device. We may also stop providing the app and terminate its use at any time without notice; upon termination, the rights and licences granted to you end, and you must stop using the app and, if needed, delete it from your device.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page; the date shown above is updated accordingly. These Terms were first published on 19 September 2022.
